DISPLACE EP is the first release of MONDAY TERMINAL, Helsinki-based techno collaboration and/ or platform for its members to express different aesthetics in electronic music. Displace EP is composed and constructed by second half of the project, Tero Taxell. This cannot be labeled dub techno in its purest and most traditional form, but dub techno´s timelessness and perception of sound performed as a big source of inspiration. DUB1 delivers heavier interpretation of techno blended with dub aesthetics and even some echoes of neo-trance. DUB2 although being more percussive dives into somewhat atmospheric and darker side of techno with its full-bodied soundscape.
